Our IP Consulting team specializes in various research projects, which include: patent early warning, patent layout planning, IP navigation analysis, implementing standard tutoring, enterprise IP strategy formulation, and patent operation consulting.

Currently, we have undertaken more than 500 types of distinct projects and research topics, which includes patent proposal, patent strategy formulation, patent strategy promotion, patent navigation, patent early warning analysis, patent layout mining projects, high-value patent cultivation projects, and IP hosting project, all of which are commissioned by CNIPA, several local IP administrations, and about 200 enterprises.

We have also managed the “Overseas IP Early Warning Analysis Project” on behalf of the Beijing Intellectual Property Office for 8 years. Additionally, we have taken on a dozen projects covering patent analysis, patent mining, patent layout, and patent early warning of State Grid Smart Grid Research Institute, and more than 30 projects that cover IP navigation, patent early warning, patent analysis, and proposal of other enterprises and government departments.
